The Louisville Free Public Library Foundation (Library Foundation) has already raised more than $5 million with its One Library/One Louisville Capital Campaign. The Library Foundation recently announced a $1.5 million matching community challenge grant from the James Graham Brown Foundation. This transformational grant will help turn the page on four ongoing library construction projects, including reopening the Parkland Library, renovating the Main and Portland libraries, and building a brand-new library in Fern Creek.
The community challenge enables a dollar-for-dollar match of every donation, up to $1.5 million.
Please donate to this important fundraising effort, where every dollar you give will be matched. Designate your gift to support the new Fern Creek Library.
Get involved with the Friends of the Fern Creek Library today to help us support the new Fern Creek Library that will open in spring 2026.
